• Pay attention to the speaker it will encourage him to speak more and you will get better chance to understand people then take decision accordingly.
• Asking questions is also important to generate conversation. It can put new life in the conversation. On the other hand flat and dry statements kill conversation. Don’t ask such questions that require only one word to answer.
• Converse but don’t debate. You need to be extremely positive and peaceful in making conversation only then it can work for you. When you are making conversation but not satisfied with some points then don’t show your disapproval directly and don’t debate over the issue.
