More than 70 per cent of English credit websites have been found not fulfilling the guidelines given by European Union. The Union had introduced a consumer law to protect the people from fraud practices of the credit cards providers. A survey has been organized and the agency found that the websites are going through the same procedures what they have been. About 45 websites were supervised as part of an organized European Union research and about 36 were found in violation of regulation planned to recover simplicity for customers looking for personal loan and credit card operation. Now the websites are to be explored further by the authority, as the European Commission has said.

The British conclusion displays the circumstances all over Europe in making sure of credit websites in the countries of European Union including Norway and Iceland. Out of 562 examined websites, including the 47 ones of Britain, about 390 websites were found with the irregularities which figures about 70 per cent. Though, the authority has not yet displayed the name of those credit websites.
