Credit card terminal paper is the paper used in credit card terminals to produce receipts every time a transaction takes place. Without this paper it is useless to have credit card as there is no evidence that the card was swiped and the person using the card was the actual holder of it.

It is a document which proves that the customer has made the payment and is not bound to the shopkeeper to make any further payment (in case entire payment was made on credit card otherwise cash receipt is also required).

Credit card receipt also helps the customers to compare the transactions made by them through the credit card and the bill received from the bank. It acts as an indicator in case the credit card is being misused by someone else. These receipts also helps the customer to compare the amount on the receipt and the credit card bill received to make sure that no mistake has been made in the amounts.

Credit card receipts include the date on which the transaction was made in order to avoid any misunderstanding between the client and the shopkeeper in case the customer wants to return or exchange the goods. Every shop has a particular time period in which the goods may be returned or exchanged in case they are defective and after that period the shopkeeper is not responsible for those goods and therefore the receipt helps you to confirm the date on which the transaction took place to help you calculate the expiry date of the time period allotted.

Credit card receipts help you in remembering a particular transaction that you made in case you have forgotten about it. Being human beings we often forget a lot of things that we do in our daily and if you have been to a lot of shop in one day then there is a definite chance of you forgetting about some shops you have visited or the amount you have paid hence those receipts help you in reminding the amount of shopping you did from a particular shop. Such receipt can also be kept safe for future references.

Credit card terminal paper is very essential as it is the only way to receive receipt of the goods purchased on credit therefore you must always keep extra rolls of such paper in your store. You must also make sure that the paper is in accordance with the size of the machine to avoid the paper from getting stuck in the machine and then becoming untidy.
