Creating a Fat Burning Body - By: tedsikkink

There are thousands of people who have tried dieting and given up. The reason they give up, is that it is too hard to change old habits. Eating foods that make you feel good, has become the only escape from a stressful life. Another reason dieting doesn't work, is that most diets say that you have to completely eliminate all sugar, fat and breads from your diet. This isn't really an accurate concept. You do have to cut out a lot of bad food from your diet in order to loose weight and boost your metabolism but not forever. There is a great metabolism diet that works without changing your lifestyle forever.

The first and most important technique to loose weight is to eat 5 to 6 small meals a day. Eating fist size portions frequently, helps you loose weight. It is one of the best ways to retrain your metabolism to speed up and loose weight. Of course, you do have to eat healthy meals. Lean meats and lots of green vegetables are mandatory. Snacks that include protein and vegetables are also a must. Celery and peanut butter makes a quick and healthy snack. For lunch and dinner, try fish or chicken and salad. All of these foods are healthy and help retrain your metabolism.

The other thing that is important in a metabolism diet is to exercise. Most people say they don't have time for exercise but this just isn't true. You have to make time. Get up earlier or exercise while watching TV. Set a time everyday and don't deviate. It is okay to skip a day once or twice but studies have shown that exercising four to five times a week, is a sure fire way to loose weight. The combination of diet and exercise is the only way to change the way your body works.

It is hard to change your body and create a fat burning machine but not impossible. Eating frequent healthy meals and exercising, is the only metabolism diet that truly works on a long term basis. The thing that most people don't want to accept is that it takes time to loose weight. The best thing to remember when you get discouraged, is that if you loose 1 to 2 pounds a week and no more, you are much more likely to keep the weight off. Losing the weight is only the first step. Keeping the weight off is the true challenge.
