For the smartest, it just makes good business sense.

More and more businesses are adding the additional benefit of in-house self-defense training. Whether in the form of seminars, on-going courses, or video programs, companies are seeing the value in providing important life-saving skills to their employees¡¯ benefits package, so much so that they're becoming regular occurrences in many organizations.

It's no secret that upper-level management is concerned more with preventing a problem from occurring than in having to expend additional time, money, and effort. It just makes good business and financial sense. But, what if their decision-making process is flawed?

Workplace violence is growing at an alarming rate around the world.
