Copper is a highly ductile metal which means it is great at conducting electricity and heat. This makes it particularly useful for all sorts of applications. It is used for heat sinks in items such as computers because of the way it conducts heat away and prevents overheating.

When building your own computer, you can decide whether you really want to build it from scratch or just assemble the various parts like an Airfix kit.
