Conversational hypnosis and indirect manual suggestion is the process of inducing hypnosis in a covert way. If you do any research online you will see that the market for people to learn hypnosis is massive. There are many millions of websites and hundreds of courses all claiming to give you simple steps to become a master.

Well in my experience there are never any simple steps to do anything worth while and you will need to be committed and have dedication if you really want to become expert.

The problem I often find is that conversational hypnosis and indirect manual suggestion has gotten a bad reputation because it is often used by shady men trying to pick up women with mind tricks. We have all been brought up watching movies where horrible things happened to hypnotized people.

But I think all this bad press ignores the main benefits of conversational hypnosis which is that it can be used in motivational training and the help fight addictions.

Hypnosis has even been used as pain relief in operations. The art of hypnosis is so powerful that you can actually cut into a person and convince them that they are not feeling any pain!

The way that this kind of hypnosis works is that you will just talk to someone is a subtle and hypnotics way and then get then into a trance without them even knowing it. You will then experience total control over the situation and be able to move all the pieces to suit yourself.

1. The first thing you need to do is make your subject feel comfortable and establish a rapport with them.
2. The next step is to use embedded commands and hypnotic language to put them into a trance.

Now that you have induced the trance state you can offer suggestions and the person will have know idea that you are controlling them.
