A house is composed of numerous parts. Although there are several types of interior and exterior planning practiced these days, including modern ones, the same basic or fundamental principles are still applied in designing a structure.

A window can be installed using different materials, although most windows today are made of something that can support glass.

Another component of a house is the roof. Roofs exist to protect the interior of a house from any kind of weather. During sunny days, roofs decrease heat which not only can damage the furniture inside the house, but also affect the health of the people who inhabit it. And on rainy days, roofs can prevent raindrops from entering the house’s interior.

In Arlington, for instance, different kinds of sidings are attached to one’s house to improve aesthetics and safety of the house.
