It may be once a month, once a week or once a day, but I guarantee every human on the planet finds a time when their mind is overwhelmed with thoughts and plans and the desire to get something finished. When that occurs, it isn't always easy to get back on track. However, this article shares five easy ways to clear your mind and give you a fresh start, no matter what the situation may be.

1. Find a resource to help with the problem. In today's world, with the Internet literally at one's fingertips no matter where they are, this is the easiest way to clear up confusion and get back on the path to success. You may realize you have far less to do than you had originally thought, and you may find you were thinking of many different things that weren't necessary to the end result.

5. Make a list. Sometimes starting from the end and working backwards, as discussed in No. 4, is not a feasible option. In that case, making a list and prioritizing what areas of the project are most important can help get new ideas flowing again.
