At the same the men often refuse participating in the household chores. The division of the home work into the men’s and women’s responsibilities still exists in many families. It means that the struggle for the women’s rights is continuing. The battlefields are often located in families and at work.

Nowadays it is senseless to choose the female profession that can be easily combined with the household chores. It is not obligatory to choose between family and career. The most important factors that are to be taken into consideration by men and women choosing one’s occupation are

1.one’s talents and abilities;

2.demand for specialists of this profession;

3.average salary.
