If you're a smoker, then this will sound familiar!

Its 12:45 in the morning and you're in the airport, frustrated that your red-eye flight was canceled. Even many restaurants and bars have begun to see that electronic cigarettes are not in violation of tobacco sanctions and have allowed the use of the devices inside their establishments, in the hope that they can satisfy the needs of both smokers and non-smokers, without offending either group. Onlookers may dart a puzzled look your way as you sit at your table and 'light up' an ECig, but once the confusion is ironed out, you will be back to enjoying the healthier alternative to smoking tobacco that these products provide.

The electronic cigarette was not created with the intention of circumventing smoking bans, but the nature of the device has allowed many thousands of smokers to indulge their habits in areas where they would not be permitted to smoke normal cigarettes.
