You may consider obtaining debt consolidation loan instead of debt settlement. In fact, both consolidating your debts and settling your debts are the same. The main purpose is to reduce your total debt. When you consolidate all your debts into a new loan, you are actually enjoying a lower interest rate and in the long run, you are able to reduce your total outstanding.
