If your relationship has had a big "blow up" and your love has gone, ask yourself "do I want my ex back?" If the answer is "yes," then you have to ask yourself "what does my ex see in me?" If you have not looked in the mirror lately, then maybe it is a good time to do so.

If you really want your ex back, then look in the mirror and see what your ex sees. It is time to do something about the way you look not only for your ex but for yourself. Nothing will get your ex's attention any faster than losing weight, the way you dress or your personal hygiene.

Begin with the way your body looks. People are generally attracted to good-looking people. Think back to the way you looked when you and your ex first met. Were you smaller or more fit? Sometimes, when a couple gets together they no longer try to impress each other and they let themselves go. You know the type. They sit on the couch, watching TV, eating pizza and ice cream. The next thing you know, you ask yourself "where did that extra 30 pounds come from?" Maybe someone just hung it on you when you were not looking. Nope, do not think so. If this is the case, then it is time to do something about it.

It is time to knock off that extra weight and get that HOT buffed body back. Time to exercise. Yuck, right? Well, it is true that exercise works and exercise is work...or is it? Suppose you could make it fun while keeping the outcome in mind. Exercising 30-45 minutes per day is guaranteed to help you control your weight and draw attention. Here are some activities that you can make fun, which will help knock off the pounds.

- Walking at a swift pace but no faster than you can walk and carry on a conversation.
- Jogging/Running
- Rollerblading
- Biking
- Swimming
- Yoga
- Weight training
- Pilates
- Hiking
- Racquetball/Basketball

Any type of exercises that get your heart rate up, such as aerobic types, are best.

Next, leave off the junk and eat better food. Get the ice cream, cookies, chips and junk food out of your house. Yes, that is right. Throw it away and do not bring it back in the house again. If it is in the house, you are more likely to eat it. Eat more healthy snacks like fruits and low sugar snacks.

Make sure you eat more salads, chicken and fish, fruits and veggies. Check the sugar content on any prepackaged foods. The average American consumes 100 pounds of sugar per year. No wonder we are overweight. The sugar gets and keeps you overweight, so get it out of your diet.

These are just a few ideas to help you look better in your ex's eyes. Make a complete plan to look good and to get your ex's attention.
