Operation
Switch on
Press the power on/ off button for some seconds, the yellow light turns on, the camera comes to standby mode.
Record video
1)Under standby mode, five seconds later, the blue light is on, which indicates that the camera is recording.
2)Press the button again, it will begin to save data and the blue light turns off, and the light turns to yellow, the pen is back to standby mode.
Switch off
1)Under standby mode, the device will power off without any operation within 1 minute.
2)Press the button for 5 seconds to power off.
3)Insert the clip into the reset hole to power off.
Reset
Under incorrect operation or a certain reason, the device may stop working, at this time, insert the clip into the reset hole to reset, then the device is under power off mode.
Writing
Rotate the pen to write, change the pen refill once it is out of usage.
Charging Good Spy Mini Camera
Under power off or standby mode, connect the camera to computer via USB cable and charge it. The yellow light keeps twinkling while being charged. When the yellow light turns off, it shows that the camera is fully charged. If the device is of low electricity, yellow light flashes slowly.
Playback video
Connect the camera to computer via USB cable and play back video on computer. Please make sure there is the playback software in the computer before connecting.
Setting time
There is a function which show the video recorder time (year-month-day hour: minute: second) will be recorded in the recorded files, and will be shown when playback. Please set the time correctly as follows:
1)Insert the user manual CD into the computer
2)Open the file: update time tool V2.0
3)Click the file, then the time of the pen camera will be the same as your computer
4)If you want to change the time, just adjust the time of computer
Attention
1)When the device is lack of battery when taking video, the system will save the video data first, then shut down automatically.
2)Connecting computer: while connecting, do not do any operation, if the device cannot be recognized by computer, please check the computer system, driver, USB port, USB cable, then reconnect.
3)As the devise has built-in high-capacity polymer lithium battery, so it has a memory effect .We advise in the first 5 times of usage, charge the battery fully after the battery is out of use, so that the battery can work with its max working hours perfectly.
4)While resetting, just a little strength is enough.
