Getting Everyone Involved. The company may need to add some kind of incentive to get everyone to participate in the training, but it is worth it in the long run for everyone dealing with the company. The company may want to let the employees know why they should take this kind of training and they may want to add an incentive to their paycheck so that they can more willing to take the time to find out about the six sigma training and six sigma certificate.

Six Sigma also helps with management because they know that their employees are all on the same page while they can have the peace of mind to know that they are in charge of a competent company that works as a team to achieve the required goals.
