But in sending a holiday card to customers and business associates, the greeting card becomes a representation of the company.

1. A greeting card best serves its purpose of touching the heart of the recipient when it is hand-addressed. When you decide to send cards that are not hand-addressed, you customer might get the idea that you don’t actually care enough.
