The false idea is take exercise can change the fats into muscle. Actually, because of fats and muscle are different things, the fats have no chance to turn into muscle. There is a widespread belief that do exercise until ache all over can make body health. Do sport and talking at the same time is the best way to take exercise. It was wrong to think that you need more protein as energy. While you in taking less protein, you will not have so tired feeling. While you taking exercises, you need more carbohydrate than protein.
It is a popular fallacy that running can lose more calories than walking. Actually, finishing the same distance lose the same energy and the same calories used up, only the walking time is longer than running time to finish a certain distance.
At ordinary times, lot of people put on rubber clothes to flow more sweat to lose our weight. But flow sweat can't burn the fats, and the rubber clothes will fight the body temperture to cooling.
We always take exercise when we get ill, it is really a popular fallacy. When we are ill,our body need to have a rest. If you do sports, some part of your body tissue are also running, so our body can't put all of energy to restore our illness.
I thought the best time to do sports is in the morning, everybody take exercise any time. When to do sport is upon to your habits. The most important thing is if you take exercise. The experts suggest that the one exception thing is avoid the hottest and wettest day.
Some people think before we do sports we cannot eat anything, but it not fit for anybody. It is good for people who have breakfast before do sports. So we always walking after dinner.
In our mind, do some heavy exercise has great effect. Undeniable, heavy exercise must take opponent effect. Some experts point that do heavy sports is dangerous for our health. Specially like us who didn't do sport before, our body must have good rest and restore. If you have three times successful exercise in a week, it is better than have six times unsuccessful exercise, and you won't get double gain. The benefit will just get a little more. Simultaneously, you will hurt yourself by too much exercise. How to face this? Enough is enough is the best way, the same as eating and exercising.
Undeniable, some people do sports and have good effect. But some sub-health people must ask the doctor before they do sports. The right recognize must be in our mind before we do exercise.
