If you are sure that the retaining wall you are putting in place is not going to be moved, casting it in is the better options. This allows the wall to be more stable and can bear much more load than bolted in walls. What is convenient about cast in products is that you do not need any special kit for ground fixing. This saves you a lot of money in construction work.
