Building Real Blue Collar Strength - By: Abraham Richardson

Toughness is working 8 to 12 or more hours a day working at back breaking work than finding time to train day in and day out not giving your body time for you to rest.

Yet, still the body adapts on the overloaded stress put into it, while the white collar book readers make an effort to convince you that they know what functional strength really is.

Real functional strength does not come from 1 hour a day 3 times a week for just one month, it comes from many years of sweat and pain some of the ways physical and mental toughness was made, it's not built behind a desk or read in any book, true functional fitness proceeds from hard work and a harden of the attitude.

Most laborers won't train at all, most are too fed up, I have only known an exceptionally few that actually train and today it's rare, check it out for yourself, and I'm not talking a part time labor job or even something someone did for the summer I'm talking regarding the man that does it for a lifetime does it for a living.

You may hear stories and will even know someone, but for the most part it doesn't happen. Just because someone lifts weights put's a chain around his neck of the guitar for 20 seconds of work to do pushups doesn't give him expert status and neither does a ripped number of abs or the crack addict may be an ab expert.

I've seen many jacked up men fail miserably with labor; their body could not hold up, looking good but weakly physically and mentally in true to life.

Ever see a man who didn't pump iron grab a 220lb thick pipe without the need of handles and press the idea over head? How about moving some sort of 800 lb bundle of pipe by hand? How about shouldering 200 lb rolls of fabric and walking these phones another area, using only your system, using no equipment.

I can go on and on and tell people story after story of functional strength nonetheless 99% percent will never understand what real functional fitness is actually.

It's easy to venture to the gym, but low number of easy everyday to get off the chair and labor all day nonetheless hit the garage or basement to get a work out.

Like I said blue collar worker will switch jobs and will continue to strengthen their body over time they also have to use their mind and body, the white collar workman just switches chairs along with the body still gets poor.

A white collar man can perform with an injury the blue collar man needs to keep working, and over time the injury goes out or gets worse, but most blue collar workers go on and forget about it and after a while it goes away, the white collar worker has the required time to rest and get better.

This is not really an attack blue receiver collar vs. white collar I recently think most books on exercise and health or functional fitness are authored by men who really have no real life experience except from what they read in books not many are written by men with put in any real time.
