The use of glutamine happens to increases substantially with increased workouts. It is therefore very important to increase the levels of glutamine prior to performing workouts by taking glutamine supplements. As one of the important pre-workout intensifiers, glutamine also assists in preventing workout stress that can be caused by workouts.
