Now steel siding should be avoided although cheap it rust quickly. So metal siding has the least pleasing appearance. While vinyl coated steel has long life and good strength. Poly vinyl and Rubbermaid are nearly maintenance free no painting no rust no pest treatment.

Okay now but let’s not forget the most important thing here. Whatever material you choose to build a backyard shed the design should match the appearance of the main house. It should not contrast but compliment the house and be a added addition to your property and ultimately increase its value.
