If you’d like to gain muscle quickly, then it's critical that you understand how to train to stimulate quick muscle growth. When you're just beginning with your weight lifting program, you can get away with some bad technique, but after your body starts to get conditioned to your workouts by increasing in strength and building some muscle mass, it can be tough to push past the initial gains and and gain even more new muscle mass.

If you want to gain muscle fast, one of the most important things you can do is to design your training program around building a solid base of muscular strength. Most guys completely ignore strength training saying that it won't help you pack on muscle, what they just aren’t recognizing is that steadily increasing your strength levels will allow you to train with heavier weights.

As you keep bumping up your training weights, you will begin to generate more muscle growth. If you have your muscle building diet well organized, you will start to build muscle mass at a decent rate.

How To Gain Muscle Quickly

When you're just beginning on you quest to build muscle tissue, limit yourself to only 4 weight training workouts per week. Believe me I know that it can be tempting to hit the gym every single day, but training too much will not help you build any more muscle tissue. 2 – 4 weight training workouts each week will give your body some time to rest and recover between workouts. This is one of the hardest things for beginning bodybuilders to wrap their minds around but if you want to gain muscle mass, it's vital that you learn to allow your muscles the time that they need to completely recover between training sessions.

Next you’ll want to make make it a habit to limit each of your muscle building workouts to ½ hour to an hour maximum. This should be adequate time to get in an effective and intense muscle mass stimulating workout. Most guys think that they need to be spending a few hours each day in the weight room, but that’s not true. If you learn how to focus on your workout and block out all of the other stuff going on all around you, then you will be able to finish your workout faster than you ever realized.

After you get your workout duration all lined out properly, you will want to make sure and train each of your body parts only one time each week. Let your muscles fully recover by allowing for 7 full days of recovery time between workouts. If you do this not only will your body feel better, but they should be able to get a lot stronger with a full week to recover. After you’ve been training for a little while and you have a decent base of strength and endurance to work from, then it’s ok to experiment with training each of your body parts more than 1 time each week, but not in the beginning

If you plan on limiting your workout duration to 60 minutes, then you will wan to train no more than a few body parts per training session. If you're weight lifting workouts are only 30 - 60 minutes, you'll have a hard time fitting in a complete warm-up and any more than 2 body parts. Group your body parts together in a way that will allow you to lift with weights that are as heavy as possible. It's a really good idea to match up body parts that work hand in hand with each other, but do not need a huge amount of energy to support within the same training session. This will give you the ability to train with as heavy a weight as possible for each body part.

Here’s how I like to group body parts for maximum muscle growth. I would train my pecs and lats one day followed by my delts and traps on another day, my legs on a separate day and my arms the next.

If you take the time to work these simple yet effective weight training tips into your bodybuilding program you will build muscle quickly while building a solid base of strength at the same time. Over time these easy weight training tips can lead to more muscle size than you ever thought possible.
