Bubble thoughts - By: Laurie Noepel

What is in your bubble? For myself I have many dreams in my bubble. One is of my own family which would consist of a husband and a baby. I also have more career goals, schooling, and staying in great shape! Ten years ago I started creating my bubble in which I labeled all who I wanted to be inside it and focused on it. Some of the things in my bubble I knew would eventually come to pass like super health. I always believed that if the you don't have your health then what do you really have.

When I was in my 20's health wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. I had some excess weight that needed to go along with a mediocre diet and not too much exercise. I also did not really drink in moderation but rather excess ration. This stole my freedom away as when focused on health I couldn't focus on other great goals but by this focus I did ultimately have great health! My awareness of what goes in my body is very serious to me and I have worked really hard for these results. This whole process of achieving my greatest victory took ten years to master.

What's in your bubble? Is it to be rich or get married? Is it to move out of state? A bubble is a fragile layer we hold over our dreams and greatest desires. Others can and do pop it whenever we allow that to happen. Being aware that another can puncture it should make you stronger with your beliefs in there because when they grow bigger no one can touch them. It's the seeds we need to guard. The people that burst our bubble don't even mean to most of the time as they could be friends or family etc. We need to protect our dreams just as much as if it were our own baby. Do keep your inner most sacred goals to yourself and some close friends and family but know that you will achieve whatever it is you give the most attention to at any given time.

Love, Happiness, Success, and Prosperity is ours whenever we want it. This could take a month, a year, or even 10 years. It depends and as long as the seed is growing into a flower then it shouldn't matter how long it will take!
