Bruce Lee - Movies List - By: Helen Giesing

Practically everyone I know who has studied martial arts got into it by watching kung fu films. By far the most obvious and most classic kinds are the martial arts films made by the late great Bruce Lee. He really set a high standard in martial arts movies. He was exciting to watch, he made things swifter, far more dramatic, and more involved than at any time before. Bruce Lee's films not simply had outstanding and unprecedented combat scenes, but they also had reasonably exciting story lines and needless to say the sinister villains at the same time.

When you are watching old martial arts movies, it is easy to forget how new they had been at the time. Many individuals get caught up in the weak translations and cheesy dialog, not noticing the countless amazing combat scenes. Needless to say, modern Chinese martial arts films have taken factors even further. The films of people like Jet Li and Jackie Chan have set a complete new level of excellence for martial arts combat scenes. They seamlessly combined special effects, incredible choreography, and funny antics into one seamless scene.

Obviously, you can find a great deal of other martial arts movies besides the kung fu movies. The us has long been producing martial arts movies for a long time. There were, needless to say, the Karate Kid videos. Anybody who grew up within the 80s remembers these movies.

They are actually appealing due to the fact they featured a style of martial arts that wasn't typically portrayed in movies for the time. Karate is rather uncomplicated, and doesn't always make for a great movie. In the Karate Kid films, however, they definitely made it work.

Many of the most engaging martial arts films are basically not fictional movies at all, but real demonstrations.

I very first saw a kung fu demonstration video about a year ago, and since then I've enjoyed seeing every single one I can get my hands on. A number of these demos are primarily based around very long, elaborate, intricate dance-like activities rather than simple combat. All of the moves employ a combative aim, but they additionally have a grace and splendor to them at the same time.

The fighters shadow box with imaginary enemies, leaping, vaulting, kicking, and punching all over the stage with grace and ease. They use flashy aerobatics and martial arts weapons displays with grunts, shouts, and shoulder rolls. All in all, this can be practically every bit as dramatic as watching Jackie Chan take on the bad men in one of his martial arts movies. Best of all, it offers you a taste of the art that you do not really get inside the major kung fu films, Regardless of how cool they can be. Somehow, it seems much more real and more life like.

All in all, I really feel that an individual who enjoys action videos, will certainly enjoy the Bruce Lee videos that he made. A number of of them such as Enter The Dragon are actually massive films in their time and even these days that is certainly still an incredible video to see
