Butterfly Press: Using two three to five-pound weights, sit on the edge of a chair with your back straight and arms at your sides.

Slowly raise your arms to the side to shoulder level. Hold this position for a count of four, and then gradually return to preliminary position. Work your way up to three sets of five to seven reps every other day.

Wall ups: These are done by standing about two feet from a wall, facing it. Place your hands at chest level flat next to the wall. Now, lean slowly toward the wall using your arm and chest muscles to control your motion until you have your nose against the wall.

Home Remedies for Breast Firmness

1. Breast Mask: One can use a breast mask once in a week. One can grind a cucumber and add an egg yolk to it, can also add some butter or natural cream to it. Mix it properly and apply on the breasts and leave it for about 15 – 20 minutes. Wash it away. It will help strengthening the tissues and firm them. Thus, one can get rid of saggy breasts.

2. Special Bras: It is very significant to consider the kind of bras one wears. One needs to select the appropriate bra which makes the breast look firm and give enough support to it. There are special bras available in the market.

3. Vegetable Oil: One can use vegetable oils like almond oil or grape seed oil to massage on your breast. It will help food of the skin, tones the structure and gives extra zeal. One can add essential oil along with vegetable oils, if required.

4. Essential Oils: Carrot oil, cypress oil, fennel oil, lemongrass oil, spearmint oil are some of the necessary oils which can also help or be second-hand for firmness of the saggy breast.
