Bo Jackson holds numerous records in major American sports. Bo Jackson is a former slugger with the Kansas City Royals and Chicago White Sox. He was also a great tailback for the Los Angeles Raiders. Later Bo Jackson was asked to choose either football or baseball. Bo Jackson opted to sign Kansas City Royal instead. Bo Jackson is known to be one of the best running backs to ever wear the Silver and Black for the Los Angeles Raiders.

Bo attended Auburn University. While at Auburn University, he won the 1985 Heisman Trophy, the prize annually awarded to the most outstanding collegiate football player in the United States. At Auburn, he proved to be a tremendous athlete in both baseball and football

Even now, years after he played his last football game and years since his last baseball game, Bo Jackson is still considered by many to be "the man" among multi-sport athletes. Although he had the Heisman Trophy on his resume already, Bo Jackson's 221 yards rushing against Seattle a month into his pro career really captivated American sports fans. The legend of Bo Jackson, who was once a five tool star in the making and a former outfielder, had his promising baseball career cut short by injury. The story of Bo Jackson's rebound from a crippling hip injury is one of the greatest stories in sports history.

Bo Jackson had also made an appearance in the recent video game NFL Street 2 released in 2004 as the half back in the Gridiron Legends team.

Bo Jackson later tried acting in the movies with The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and Married with Children. Bo Jackson currently lives in Burr Ridge, Illinois with his family. Before retiring, Bo Jackson was contracted by California Angels for an ultimate season of his career; where he scored thirteen home runs in 201 at bats, for the final season of his career. In 2005, Bo Jackson was officially certified the "badest" athlete ever by High Times magazine.
