Bleeding Hemorrhoids -- One Decision Is All It Takes... - By: Jamie R Lee

Have you ever had hemorrhoids? Have you ever known someone to have hemorrhoids. Well, needless to say it's a circumstance that rears its head when creating pain. But while they remain non-active in the background, causing no disturbance, you'll find sufferers growing more distressed. One symptom of piles is bloodloss while using the toilet. If there is no pain alongside bloodloss, many people won't be compelled enough to see a doctor. They will live anxious lives until its painful enough that they have to see a doctor.

Onto the chief article of the thrombosed external hemorrhoid...

Fundamentally, they are blood clots of the varicose vein and can, after a time, become very painful. Take action early on and you won't suffer as much.

Common sensations of hemorrhoids are feelings of fire on your skin, of bowel irregularity (constipation), of an drive to scratch and a general sense of feeling uncomfortable. I want to underline though, that hemorrhoids are most often painless during the early stages. If you are in a high level of pain, it's important to consider that you have had a blood clot as you'll need to see a doctor as fast as possible.

"Is it too late?"

If you think you have a blood clot, don't be too worried. The very best thing you can do now is to phone your physician. Hemorrhoids is not a rare condition, your doctor HAS seen it before. The worst thing you can do is NOT see your doctor and find your condition and pain escalate. Do this, and you'll recover from hemorrhoids in no time. Then I invite you to study the other articles on my website to discover tactics that ensure you stay healthy there-on.

How to remedy a thrombosed external hemorrhoid

Underneath here I have formed for you, a table displaying the most common ways to remedy the severe case of thrombosis.

Technique/ Details

Rubber Band Litigation: Over the period of 2/ 3 weeks the acccess of blood to the hemorrhoidal section of the vein is stopped, resulting in shrinkage of the hemorrhoid.

Sclerotherapy: Liquid or foam (foam has greater surface reach) is injected into the hemorrhoid, stopping bloodflow and making it smaller.

Cryotherapy: Extremely cold temperatures (generally with the use of liquid nitrogen) are used to freeze the hemorrhoid and thereby curing the problem.

Infrared coagulation: This may sound quite intimidating but it's very safe. The use of strong beams has gained in popularity recently. An electric current is used to burn off the vein(s) through chemical reaction

Hemorrhoidectomy: This is the most drastic solution for hemorrhoids. It should really only be considered if your doctor believes your condition is serious enough.

How to avoid a Blood Clot

Food Choices

Diet is of course imperative in any setting throughout life. Having said that, if you have piles your diet should be the first thing you modify.

"A bad diet is often linked with little exercise, and these two factors alone are the main cause of hemorrhoids. If this is you, let the pain of hemorrhoids be a wake-up call to you - this is a good thing!"

"Fiber is your friend" - not much of an alliteration but an essential point is made ;) You'll find fiber in countless foods at your local supermarket but it can be hard to get started. So what I have done is written you a little selection. Write down 5 of these foods now that you will buy next time you go to your store - Good luck!

The Importance of Exercise:

Yes, exercise isn't necessarily fun, it's very true. Countless people see it as a painful 'exercise' in discomfort. With no consideration at all we get the impression of uncouth sweat dripping down our faces, and sexy models befitting the perfect form-factor -- where's the drive? There are however many fun ways to stay physically fit.

Find exercise that you love and it becomes a secondary effect. You don't want to be thinking about exercise, you want to be thinking about what you enjoy -- teamwork, leadership, tactics. The idea of 'exercise' can be an overwhelming idea, but possibly rowing isn't, or swimming... Here's an interesting thought for you; jog on the spot while watching your favourite show on the television. (Or invest in a treadmill).

This has proved successful with people because a lazy habit now becomes the motivation for exercise!

If you live quite a stationary life and remain in the same pose for long periods of time I highly recommend that you work in bursts. Not only is this good for blood circulation, but it's also better for your productivity.

Tests have come to the conclusion that human-beings can only stay concentrated on a task for 40 minutes at most. My own work life involves a lot of time behind the monitor so I have developed a system of working for 45 minutes and then snagging a quick 15 minute break for active tasks such as dog walking and making a cup of tea.
