Finding the best exercise to lose love handles can be a challenge for many people because everyone's body will respond differently to each type of function that you do. However, the basic concept is still the same for everyone and that is the important thing that can help you out the most no matter what you are trying to undertake. So the best exercise to lose love handles that I found worked for me was a simple one that you can do at your own home with very little effort other than combining it with some form of a healthy diet.

The one thing that I found that helped me out was first establishing a good diet. Now I do not mean by a good diet giving up the food that you love to eat, but to start eating in moderation of what you like. Instead of eating the entire bag of potato chips only eat a little bit of the bag and save the rest for the next day. So that is always a good starting point for this exercise that will help it out the most and that is to eat in moderation.

The workout that I found that worked for me was one that I could do in the comfort of my own home without having to worry about the cost of a gym membership or being hurried off of certain machine that I am working on. It is simply holding my arms out to the side and twisting slowly to avoid any injury and to get the most out of the exercise. Now you will want to try to use your abs to complete this as much as possible and only go as far as comfortable. I always try to do three to ten to each side like that and hold it when twisted for about five to ten seconds.

After I have completed going to side to side I will do about three to five going at a diagonal of my body. So that my left arm will be reaching towards my right foot. The same holds true to holding that position for a few seconds as well before coming back up.
