Bathrooms and kitchens can be the most difficult rooms to refurbish and revamp successfully. This is largely because any modifications are restricted by both utility supply inlets and waste outlets. In addition lack of space, particularly in modern homes, can be a major limiting factor.

Re-designing a bathroom or kitchen around these restrictions requires both imagination and an up-to-date knowledge of contemporary design options. On the other hand, keeping an open mind regarding the possibility of repositioning supply and waste systems, or of extending floor space, necessitates a thorough technical awareness. A bespoke kitchens or designer bathrooms consultant will have both in abundance.

The prime goal of a bespoke kitchens or designer bathrooms consultant will not be to look for a solution that is most convenient for the design or build teams; neither will it be to choose options that favour any preferred furnishings supplier or appliance manufacturer.
