This is served traditionally on Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas .Foreign countries like United States and some parts of Canada usually drink mulled apple cider. This drink is made of an apple cider juice mixed with allspices, cinnamon sticks, cloves , honey and oranges that makes the taste sweeter and yummier. The combination of this ingredients can be a source of nutrients for the body and be a form of shield against common ailments.

• Apple cider is the best unsweetened and non-alcoholic drink that comes from apples and mainly from United States .These apples are best source of vitamin C, antioxidants, B-complex vitamins and some minerals(potassium, phosphorus, and calcium). Vitamin C can help fight against infectious disease. It is also a best source of antioxidants. Some B-complex vitamins like thiamine(B1), riboflavin(B2) and pyridoxine (B6) that increases metabolism, maintain healthy glowing skin, reduces the risk of having pancreatic cancer and enhance immune system.
