Bellagio Hotel Las Vegas Review - Las Vegas Luxury, Italian Style - By: John McElborough

The Bellagio Hotel Las Vegas is a world renowned luxury hotel that features 3, 933 Italian themed rooms, an over the top five pool courtyard, dancing fountains and the best room service one could ask for. There are points to consider when visiting this pearl of the state of Las Vegas that can help one prepare accordingly.

The Bellagio is among the priciest luxury hotels in Las Vegas and has scooped up awards for being one of the best hotels in the world. It has designer shopping stores on site and is more conservative with restaurants like Jean Georges’ Steakhouse or the Petrossian.

When one is checking in at the Bellagio Hotel Las Vegas, there is no wait and the rooms are kept perfect and neat with twice daily housekeeping. There are thousands of people visiting this hotel at any one time but the service is always personalized to each individual leaving one impressed and interested in returning. The Bellagio also prides itself in upholding formal service that is on the same level as the Four Seasons. It is not comparable to the casual nature of the Wynn Las Vegas where customers open doors for themselves.

For a modest $22 a day resort fee, a vacationer can get high speed Internet, in room local and toll free calls, access to the fitness center and printing of airline boarding passes. The Concierge at this hotel does its best to get coupons to customers for events and shows occurring near it. The dancing fountains shoot up to the tune of over 25 songs every fifteen to thirty minutes of each day.

The award winning Cirque du Soleil is found at the Bellagio Hotel Las Vegas five nights a week at the O Theater. It is here that stars like Celine Dion wow the crowd with their timeless classics.

There are two sides to a coin and so it is with the luxury hotels in Las Vegas. At the Bellagio, some visitors have complained about being nickled and dimed and that everything one wanted to have had a price tag on it. The difference in pricing of simple items such as canned soda was annoying for some visitors who felt brand items should have the same prices on them regardless of where they are being sold from. A customer expressed anger over the outrageous outbound phone charges at the hotel which are a dollar for every local call.
