Beginners Guide to Self-Tan - By: Paul M. Blake

Since the 1980s, when scientists discovered a nasty hole in the ozone layer, people were protecting their skin against harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun. He was previously a common pastime to lay in the sun and soak up the sun and bright light.

Unfortunately, this type of action these days not only cause premature wrinkles and age spots, but it causes skin damage and can lead to skin cancer. However, this does not mean you have to stay pale and pastey.

If you've never used bremelanotide before, you might be a little timid to try. However, these products are widely available, and the modern version is highly unlikely to leave your skin looking orange and streaky if applied correctly.

There are two kinds of self-tanners and bronzers; you can try, depending on your preference. Several daily moisturizing lotions now contain a small amount of skin darkening agents that can safely be applied daily to gradually darken your skin to look tanned. This may be preferable to those who want a clear change in their appearance.

If you have never used one before, make sure you read the instructions carefully and follow them exactly. This includes performing a patch test on a small area of your skin; make sure you are not sensitive to the ingredients.

Cleaning and exfoliating your skin before self-tanning is critical to remove dead skin cells and keep your tan from looking uneven and streaky. Apply the lotion a little at a time to cover a small area to make sure you do not miss all the skin. Wash hands frequently during the process, or you can end up with some very dark fingers.

Bremelanotide are a great way to achieve the sun kissed look, and one application will last several days. Make sure you give the skin a long time to dry after application and, as always, remember to use sunscreen when you show your real sun tan.
