There is nothing wrong with being good at the things you do but the harsh reality is that gold medals are for the great. This is the pinnacle. A spot reserved for the great.

It's not about down playing what is good. It's about taking things to a brand new level.

People will always form opinions on whether or not your life is perceived as good, bad, mediocre or even amazing but remember that they are not the judges.

The category we are happy to place ourselves carries a lot of weight.

It's important to remember every body sees things differently. It all depends on your perspective and whether or not you have achieved what you've set out to do.

The simple lesson is if you honestly believe you have a great life, you probably do! If you think it could be better, it could!

There is a world of people constantly striving to become the best of the best.

Having experienced the coaching of aspiring people, I have been privy to some of the differences between those that excel and those that have fallen just short of their desired mark.

The video above provides an amazing insight. The difference between winning and losing or succeeding and failing is so small you can barely see it.The differences may be small but the consequences can be large.

Some would suggest it is luck, others would say its destiny. Ask the achievers and their answer will differ incredibly. The power starts with the mind.

Scientifically speaking, the biggest differences can be seen in Goal Setting, Adaptive Thinking, Stress Energy Management, Attention Control and Visualization or Imagery.

Your ability to visualize or use imagery is one of the absolute keys . Negative visualization is cancerous and it can be difficult to overcome. If you haven't done much of it, now would be a good time to start.

The only place where you can practice perfectly is in your mind.

I would also add to the list, maintaining a vision for success, being prepared and being in the right place at the right time performing at the optimum level when it was needed most.

Just like in food, it is the combination of all the ingredients that get the best result.

Whilst some of the ingredients are far more powerful than the other, they are vitually powerless without the other key ingredients.

So how do you become a great MLM magnet?

Change your mind set and focus only on the things you Do want to happen.

Make sure you are good at what you do and then improve your skills some more. You treat the little things as importantly as the big ones. It is getting the 1 percent things done right.

Could you imagine what your favourite cake would be like without flour as an example or even worse without it all together? It's just not the same.

There is a great saying that no stone should be unturned in your endeavours for success and who could argue.

You just never know what secret ingredient could be hidden under the smallest of stones?
