If you do not want to trust the Internet to such personal matters, then contact some local community organizations. Often they will have names of attorneys you can contact, or attorneys may even be members.

Once you retain an attorney you may be advised to file Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcy. Or your advice may be more simple, designed to keep your problem outside the courts. You may be advised to get on a budget, sell some toys or get a second job.

No matter what step you eventually take, the best advice is to not to delay in finding a good attorney.
