Baby Thank You cards - By: Tom Jui

It is never too soon to start with thank you letters and cards from your baby to relatives who have given gifts for birthdays and special occasions. Of course, small children and babies can’t write cards, so it is up to mum or dad to make sure that a thank you note is sent on their behalf. This is where baby thank you cards are helpful as they save time and allow busy mums and dads to say thank you to relatives and friends without having to take too much time out of looking after their baby or small child.

Here at Little One Prints we have lovely thank you cards for the baby gifts your little one has received. You can choose to personalise the card with your choice of colours and fonts and can even add a photo of your baby if you wish.

An advantage of sending thank you cards for baby gifts right from the start is that you become accustomed to sending thank you cards to your relatives, so that when your baby gets old enough to start contributing to the thank you cards, you already are in the habit so don’t have to add more work to your life. When you have small children, a new task can be a real disincentive, even though you want to encourage politeness in your child.

Small children love being creative so you should have no trouble in encouraging them to take part in choosing a thank you card and deciding what it should look like. You will find as well, that by the time they are old enough to manage thank you cards without you, that they are so used to joining in with you in writing their thank you card, there is no argument about continuing by themselves!
