• Set the intention of connecting with your own psychic abilities.
• Pay attention to signals and energy. Record your experiences in a book if necessary.
• Meditate to connect with your own energy. Imagine that your energy is expanding and can fill up a room.

• Practice your psychic abilities daily. Use guessing games with cards or objects.
• Be aware of your intuition and what it is telling you. Trust it.
