Our lives on this planet are certainly changing at a rapid rate! Compare our lives and the demands of our time with those of our parents and grandparents and you will surely see that it is no real surprise that we barely have any time left to put ourselves and our health first and actually get out there and exercise?

Overall, we are a more sedentary population with much greater access to food (not always the best kind), our physical requirements of work for most of us is lighter and our endless choices of activities more often than not sees us not being physically challenged. The negative side here is although there is the greatest of intentions, many of us are going about our training the wrong way and we also forget the fact that we are busy and do not choose the right burn fat exercises or lose weight program.

Let's just focus on the busy side for this article and break it down to a very basic level. We need and are searching for the most effective fat burning exercises for men and women. We have very little available free time therefore we need something that works and that works without needing hours upon hours in the gym!
