{People with bad habits of smoking often feel much persecuted| Smokers feel judged by there bad habits } . {While smoking is not illegal (at least not yet), it is shunned by society as a whole| Non smokers shunn smokers even though smoking is not illegal | Smoking turns off non-smokers } . { At first, you could smoke anywhere| Several years ago smoking was normal everywhere | You used to be able to smoke at almost any place in the city } . Expecting fathers {smoked| lit one up} in the maternity waiting rooms. Then, {you could smoke in buildings, but only in a designated smoking room. | special spots were created for smokers | smokers were sentenced to designateed rooms }

Then {there came the designated smoking area outside the building.| smokers were pushed outside to smoke | smokers had to go outside to indulge in the habit } {Now restaurants, bars, and whole cities are going smoke-free| Now it is normal for all of society to be smoke free | Now by law the entire city is going smoke free } . {It seems that a lot of people have given up their bad habits| {Society today is begining to give up the bad habit| People are giving up there bad habit and you can too! } } . {However, they do not seem to remember how badly they were addicted before.| Most people find it hard to recall how dependent they were on cigarettes| People get over there addictions and forget how difficult it is for people that are addicted } The truth is anybody can get over an addiction with a little or alot of will power. Will you?

{In an effort to save others from the ill effects of their second hand smoke, many people have switched their bad habits to smokeless tobacco| With the concern of others in mind, most people are switching to smokeless tabacco | People are switching to smokeless tabacco to relieve the non-smokers of second hand smoke } . {Just because the tobacco is not smoked, though, it does not mean the nicotine is not addictive| However the nicotine in smokeless tabacco is still just as addictive as ciggarettes | Switching to smokeless tabacco is not kicking the bad habit. I feel this is fancy way to cheat and won't bring you peace of mind } . {It is said to be just as hard a bad habit to break as cigarettes|Quitting smokeless tabacoo is just as hard to quit as cigarettes } . {People quitting it use patches and nicotine gum or Zyban, too. | Folks are attempting quit using nicotine gum, zyban and patches too }

{Sleeping pills are bad habits to get into as well| {Using pills to fall asleep are also a negative habit to get into| are sleeping pills a bad habit?| If you're considering sleeping pills, you should opt out...they are a bad habit} } . {They can be so addictive that you need a higher and higher dosage to fall asleep| Over time you will become dependant on them and need to take more and more to gain the effectiveness | Sleeping pills are addictive you will eventually always need them to fall asleep | You should avoid sleeping pills as they are addictive and your body will begin to stop producing your natural chemicals around sleep time } . {Eventually, they will not help at all| Your destiny with sleeping pills are that they won't work at all | sleeping pills will work initial wonders however over time will be an addictive bad habit} . {Some people overdose in an attempt to reach a dose that will put them to sleep| It was been known that certain folks take way to much to get to a dose that will put them to sleep } . {It usually takes intervention by a doctor and/or a sleep clinic to straighten you out. | It can even take third party intervention to get you back on track | It has been known that intervention by love ones is needed to help an addicted sleeping pill user }

{Alcohol can be a bad habit if you drink to excess| Alcohol is okay to consume in moderation however if you do it excessively and consistently all the time it is a bad habit | Many would classify alcohol as a bad habit. If done excessively then there is no argument there | Alcohol is a bad habit if consumed consistently and excessively } . {For some people with certain physical conditions, it can be risky anyway| For some people the risks are greater than with others| There are certain people that have certain conditions that need to be more careful with alcohol } . { It can be dangerous if mixed with particular medications| Some medications can be dangerous when mixed with alcohol} . {However, if a person is addicted to alcohol, they will not be concerned with that| When people are addicted they don't worry about this logic | Alcohol addiction is so serious that addicts don't worry about it } . {Neither will they be concerned about their jobs or their relationships.| Addicts neglect there careers and families } {It will all be about the next drink. | They just want there next beer}

{Drugs pose a variety of bad habits| Of course many bad habits are found in the drug world } . {There are so many illegal drugs that they are too numerous to count| So many illegal drugs can be named| There are so many narcotics that do so much damage } . {They have different affects and cause different levels of addiction| They affect everyone different, cause higher and lower levels of addiction and each one have different affects on humans } . { Some have fast and devastating results.| Some have quick and destructive effects } {Others do little damage in the short run|Others do smaller amounts of destruction in the short run } . Yet, they are all bad habits.

{There are club drugs, heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine, and hallucinogens| There are drugs like cocain, herroin, methamphetamine and hallucinogens } . {All these drugs can be nasty| These can have very bad effects } . {There are also legal drugs that people get into bad habits with by starting with an injury or other medical condition.| Of course legal drugs starting with a medical condition can lead to bad habit } These can be pain pills like percocet, or muscle relaxants. They are also very addictive bad habits.

I{f you have an addictive bad habit, you probably need some form of help to get over it| Should you be burdened with a bad habit, you should seek a professional to aid you in your recovery } . {In fact, once you have a serious addiction| At the point in which you have an addictive bad habit } { When you suffer from an addictive bad habit | If you know you have an addictive bad habit } , experiencing the sights, smells, or sounds of your addiction {will start your brain in that addictiv
