Most people ask this question for different reasons. Some people just out of curiosity, some are trying to justify how hard or how easy it's to learn a foreign language, and others might want some tips on how to learn English.

This is a difficult question to option. It really depends on your expectations of how well you ought to master this language. I probably learnt it this hard way, like most Chinese did - actually Seen most Chinese are nevertheless learning it the hard way.

The labor does get rewarded, once you learn how to do that. I will talk about how I was rewarded later. Now I'd like to introduce the hard way and easy method to learn English.

The hard method to learn English

In 2011 I went to China to visit my family. I have been going to China to visit my family one per year since 2006 I came to Australia. My sister is a teacher in China teaching English for a secondary school. She speaks reasonably good English in comparison with some English teachers I know in China. My sister teaches English the standard way English and many other subjects are taught with China, the whole aim of that is, to distribute exams.

One involving my nephews just finished secondary school and he was about to go to high school. He was one of those students struggling to get high scores in English exams. My brother and his wife desperately wanted him to obtain some tips from me on what to learn English.

As i went to school, we started to get the subject of English at secondary. I was taught the same way as my sister still does to her students lately, except I did a bit extra work to stay above others. I did this unconsciously first of all, then I found that it bit of extra job made my English assessment scores went from average to right at the very top, sometimes well above the mediocre ones. It was until then i realized that it really worked to do.

At school, every student of the identical grade would be given the same book for a subject for the term and this can be the book you need to study to pass your examinations. The process would end up: in the whole term the teacher concentrates on this very book together with goes through it as often as needed until the students employ a good understanding of everything in such a book, and then you become the exams about that book.

Since every question in the exams was related to the present book, so my extra bit of work was to remember every word in the book until I may repeat the articles without having a look at the book. I was happy to share with you my little secret associated with success with others but I obviously had some sort of talent of remembering things because I could finish repeating an article within about around 30 minutes while others found it hard to do it at all. I kept this habit of repeating articles in the books until I finished high school graduation and in the whole middle school period I was my English teacher's pride because teachers are valued by their students' results.
