Slip and fall accident can happen to anyone and anywhere, resulting in serious injuries caused at various parts of the body. The person who falls or slips accidentally suffers pain, and we all once in our life have inflicted pain upon us unknowingly which has caused us much pain.

To avoid such occurrences in future anti slip tape has been introduced. It is a tape which is slippery resistant hence reduces the chances of falling, tripping, slipping etc. These anti slip tapes can be used anywhere be it home, office or other premises.

1. Yellow course traction tape is the first kind, it is used in snow, ice and mud and it is coated with aluminium oxide which prevents it from clogging. This tape is mainly used in sky resorts. It is also used in places suffering from extreme muddy condition.
2. Black Standard tape is another type of non slip tape. It is also coated with deep aluminium oxide and is used mainly in stairs, elevators, and walkways to avoid falling. This type of tape is also mostly used in icy or water logged areas.

3. Conformable anti skid tape is the third category of such tape. It is mostly used in irregular surfaces. It comes mainly in black and yellow stripes and is applied in the turning of peaks and valleys in a mountain.

4. Coated with aluminium oxide Transparent anti skid tape is the next type. As the name suggests it is transparent as a translucent coating of S2 is applied. It is used for marbles and all other appealing areas of the floor.

5. Glow in the dark anti skid tape is the fifth one. It is mainly visible during night or in dark areas where these bands serve as light and also shows the direction to be moved. It is very helpful and helps in reducing accidents.

6. Another form is red white hazard sandpaper tape. This one is made for all commercial purpose. It is used in offices, factories and other such places.
