The NLP swish technique is used to train your subconscious mind to bring up certain thoughts and emotions that correlate with a specific event. To illustrate, if you are upset about your current financial situation and you don’t think you have enough money, you can use the swish technique to change the way that you think when money pops into your head.
Before applying this technique, you need to have a clear idea of what stimulates the negative response. Is it thinking about money or is it paying bills? Is it when you have to spend money or when you get your paycheck? Find the time that these thoughts come into your mind so that you can know exactly where to develop the new pattern.

Next, you will want to perform the swish. Think of money and swish the images. Make your mind think of the confident and compelling image you have in your mind, and do this over and over again.
Think about it and swish the new image.
Swish it again.
Swish it one more time.
Keep swishing it until you think about that image when you think about money and no other feelings come into your mind. Remember you can perform this and any other of the NLP techniques online with any area of your life, relationships, health, or anything else that brings up negative emotions. Just do the swish, and you will feel more confident about the situation.
