There are some collectibles that are valuable, while others are very inexpensive, but the main reason individuals decide to develop a collection of collectibles is not because of their worth, but instead that what they are collecting is simply fascinating to them. Memorabilia are often times related to historical events or entertainment such as sports, movies, television, and many more.

There are thousands of items that are collectible and in years to come they can become valuable collectibles, but only time will tell. It is not rare for collectors to be passionate and possessive about their collections and they are always searching for a new item to add to their collection. Collectors have been known to go to great lengths to locate then acquire a piece to add to their collection, and at times it was just for the thrill of the hunt for them.
