1. Exercise a lot. Try to work out twice a day for at least about 25 minutes each. If you have joined any gym that’s much better.
2. Instead of excluding your favorite food, try to consume that food in low quantities.
3. Eat very small meals every day. Instead of gulping everything that you get, eat less quantities of food every time.
4. Drink lot of water. Water detoxifies your body and dilutes extra fat.
5. Avoid eating after dinner snacks, if incase you cannot control yourself then try having low calorie cereal bars.
6. Avoid fry food instead switch to grill food. Experts are of the opinion that grilled food is 100-200 calories less compared to fried food.
7. Try eating more seafood and fish. Fish are light and keeps your body cool.
8. If you have constipation problem, then that problem is going to affect your weight loss plan and will create adverse effect in your body. So increase the consumption of vegetables and fruits. Vegetables have fiber in them and this fiber helps to reduce constipation.

In order to succeed in your weight loss program you need to follow these steps at your home. If you succeed in doing so then within a few months results are noticeable.
