Go for a walk, do some gardening, or play with your grandchildren and pets each day.

There is a point where someone can not live on their own. If you have concerns about living alone, talk to someone you know and trust. If there's no room for you with family, look into an elderly care facility. If you cannot live alone, look into a community of older people that you can socialize with.

If you want your skin to look its best as you get older, do not use foundation or powder makeup. As you age, your skin will need more hydration than it used to, so this is really important. Try using some other make up such as mascara, lip gloss, and eyeliner.

Eating right is the smartest thing you can do in order to slow down the aging process. Your diet should be filled with whole grains, fiber, fruits and vegetables, and a minimal amount of cholesterol, trans fats and saturated fats. By doing this, you will have all the nutrients you need.

Your life is a wonderful adventure that should be embraced at every given moment. Just because you are getting older, does not mean that you should no longer set milestones. You should always have something in your life that you are striving to achieve so that you can retain your sense of pride in your accomplishments.

Age is just a number and should not overly concern you. The actual number is less important than the age you actually feel. If you feel youthful, you're young; your technical age doesn't matter. You may feel young inside, even though your actual age indicates that you are a senior.
