Advice Number 10 How To Study The Bible - By: Timmy Goodenough

Agreements Are Testaments Are Covenants

Welcome to advice #10 of how to study the Bible. Your advice is founded on clarity about the agreements between Elohiym, and the houses of specific people in the Bible. The contracts are called "covenants", but they are called also as "testaments".

"House" Means "Family"

A testament, or a covenant, is a deal between Elohiym and some man's family. To wit God made a deal, a covenant, with the house of Noah. The word "house" is another word for descendants or family or spawn. Therefore we can claim that Elohiym made a contract with the house of Noah.

Said facts are basics we would do well to to be canny of, as we get knowledge of how to study the Bible.

A Number Of People Lived Below Ground During The Global Submergence

A number of human beings aver, "Whoah! all people alive are of the family of Noah." Nonetheless, the statement might not be true. The global covering, with water, put to death every living thing that was upon the Earth. The Hopi and the Navajo claim that they kept alive during the flood by hiding beneath the Earth, not atop it. Therefore, the agreement with the descendants of Noah pertains not to the people, who are kindred to the Hopi and the Navajo.

Rightly, in this case, it doesn't matter with which descendants the agreement was contracted because the nature of the covenant was about whole Earth, the planet.

From Where Came The Early Egyptians?

The Dogon attest that the old Egyptians appeared coming from the sea. If that is right, then the earlier Egyptians may have kept alive during the flood by abiding beneath the sea.

Do you recognize now the way you are learning how to study the Bible? If such is true, they wouldn't have been "upon the Earth". Too, they would not have stemmed from the family of Noah, and would not have been beneficiaries to the bequeathals of YHVH in Noah's testament with Elohiym.

I Give, To You, Now, Your Advice

Here is your advice about how to study the Bible: as you read, before you arrive at a contract-story in your Scripture, be alert whom God is sealing the covenant with. Whom is The almighty giving his promises to, in each particular covenant? The balance of your article, below, gives instances of a few, of the primary covenants of Elohiym, in your Scripture, and makes you ready to be aware of them in the Holy Scripture.

The Almighty's Agreement With Abraham

Elohiym made a testament with Abraham, that Abraham's spawn, through his son Isaac, would forevermore abide in the territory betwixt the Rivers Euphrates and Nile. By the said testament we know that the dwellers in the same regions are of the family of Abraham, and the spawn of Isaac.

New And The Old Testaments

You probably know already that the Bible is divided into the Old Covenant and the New Testament. The Old Covenant is the story of covenant, a testament, an agreement, betwixt YHVH and the bloodline of a man named "Israel".

Who Are The Heirs Of The New Agreement?

In the Book of Jeremiah, chapter 31, verse 31, Our heavenly father says, to us, that the New Contract is a covenant between him and the bloodline of a fellow named "Israel". In that verse, the "House of Israel" denotes the northern kingdom, which was carried off by millions into the borderlands of the Land of Ashur, and eventually ended up in New Zealand, Europe, Australia, North America, and South Africa.

Our Heavenly Father's Testament With David - Jesus Did Not Depart

God contracted too a covenant with the House of David, thus we will ever have a man of the House of David as king. A number of folks aver that contract refers to the king of England, but that can scarcely be correct, because there is no king of England as you read this. The headman, a Child of David, is Jesus Christ, who never went away, but who disappeared and became invisible to a great number of people.
