Adrenaline Fatigue From Constant Everyday Stress - By: AndreaMBates

You May Not Notice It But Everyday Stress Can Lead To Adrenaline Fatigue And So Much More

Adrenaline fatigue or adrenal fatigue is a syndrome or group of symptoms that results from a person being overly exposed to constant stress. Although minor stress can be beneficial since it makes us function better at work, at home, and even at the society, major and constant stress on the other hand really contributes to the great wear and tear not only of our physical body but also alters our mental and emotional state.

You might be experiencing adrenaline fatigue without even knowing it or you might not know a syndrome like this even exists in the first place. You could be complaining about extreme fatigue all these times without knowing that there is actually a remedy for this. As you may have experienced in the past, you could feel so tired that sometimes you can’t sleep and it seems that sleep does not solve this issue. Well, it is actually a case-to-case basis depending on the individual. Some find uninterrupted sleep can actually do wonders, while some may find solitude in even a five-minute personal time alone in between heavy workloads just to take the mind off of something even just for a tiny bit.

I guess you’re wondering what I mean when I say that everyday stress can lead to adrenaline fatigue. Let me explain as best as I can. Although we might be doing a certain routine every day, there comes a point in our lives that we just have enough of it though we may not really complain and express it verbally. Let’s say you work at an office where you do the same task eight hours a day, five days a week and come a point where you’ll say, “Why am I doing this?” What you might just actually need is a change of scenery, a nice break, or even a weekend getaway where you’ll reflect of all the things in your life.

Remember, you don’t want to get carried away when you are at the highest peak of adrenaline fatigue because you might just make the wrong decision. Like, you may be feeling very exhausted and in turn quit the job you’ve been dreaming of having all your life. You don’t want to waste your efforts by coming on the same page with your feelings brought about by adrenaline fatigue, instead you need to stop and take a break. After that, you’ll feel better in no time.
