Sometimes these instructions will be included in the packaging or you may have to contact the seller to provide you information on how to return the item. Another thing to look for is the seller’s ratings; they are usually done using a star rating you can also check the reviews submitted by previous buyers to find out how their experienced was with the seller. This can be done before you even start bidding on an item.
