• Open the Norton antivirus window again, click on the tab named as “Options”.

• Again, click on “Internet Worm Protection” option, as performed before.

• After that, you need to click on the option namely “Program Control”, and you will see a new service “Microsoft Application Layer Gateway service” has been added in the list. Microsoft Application Layer Gateway Service should always be enabled for successfully using firewall and Internet Connection Sharing or any related software application.
