My job is not the one that makes you feel bored. I divide my work week up between traveling and being based in the workplace. The workplace side of my business is relatively undemanding; nevertheless I must say that driving countless miles is enormously tiring. My day is often made longer if there are road works, accidents or weather like snow and light rain. Unwinding and relaxing is a sure must at the end of the day, when on the road.

The only way to do this is find superior accommodation. I don't have a lot of time to look for accommodation if head office changes my agenda at the last minute. The other day my work schedule had to be immediately rearranged. The location of the business meeting was changed to Manchester, which meant finding a hotel near Manchester. It seems on that day, my fortune was in. I found the perfect hotel set in the outskirts of the city.

It was simply 30 minutes drive to the city centre itself, ideal for me to get to. In my experience hotels on the outskirts of important cities tend to be less noisy than their city centre counterparts. Manchester hotels located outside the city centre are perfect. Depending on the star rating, you can find a blanket range of facilities available. They also have their own in house eatery which is perfect for business people who don't want to go out.

Uncontaminated and wide rooms make relaxing undemanding. A spacious en-suite bathroom, comfortable bed and smooth room service were also available including an early morning wake up call. At 8.30am the next morning, I would have to be present and ready for my essential convention. Reception called my room two hours before this. As everything was to my satisfaction, I woke up feeling on top of the world. Of course, a full English breakfast was on offer.

My breakfast was just as good,as the meal the former evening. A great hearty breakfast is needed by anyone who will be on the go all day. The hotel was impressively busy, business people everywhere. Customers were welcomed by the lots of staff who smiled and were sound.The one worry I had was the rush hour traffic; I was surprised though as the hotel spot meant missing all the main traffic roads. From waking up to the end of the day, it all went smoothly and I had a productive day. I think this is because of the hotel I chose. I would unquestionably book a room in that hotel again.
