What you need to now is that there are two types of Tran’s fats. The first one is the artificial Trans fat which comes from certain oils that is put into our foods when is made away at the food processing lines, and the second type of Trans fat is a natural type.

The artificial Trans fat is the one that can cause all the serious health problems, things like heart disease to name one, but the main problem is that the fat that stores up causes the problems; this is the fat that needs to be avoided.

The good news is that the natural Trans fat is the one you need to be eating. The reason being is that this type of natural Tran’s fat is good for your body as it aids muscle growth and also helps with losing body fat.

You’re probably wondering were this natural Tran’s fat comes from. Simple it is actually coming from certain cattle like sheep, goats, venison, just to name a few. This natural development arises only from cud chewing cattle like the ones just mentioned.

This type of natural fat does have a name, conjugated linoleic acid, or abbreviated (CLA).

You must remember though before you start popping out and buying the butchers out of beef and venison, that it is just the cud chewing animals that give this natural Trans fat. The animals, sheep, venison etc. that are grain fed will not produce the healthy Trans fat; it is just the cud chewing ones only.

Now by eating this type of natural fat this will aid you in losing your belly fat and also help you get some lean muscle too. So you know now to stay away from the artificial Trans fats and what to look out for when buying your food.

Once quick note though, if you are doing some kind of training at the moment to lose your belly and gain some muscle, avoid CLA supplements as this are not the same as eating from a cud eating animal. They are artificially made and so do supply the goodness you need and will not help you at all.
